A coating of fine extra dark chocolate is the first variant of the Torrone Friabile Piemontese, developed by the Sebaste family. A happy contrast between the delicate taste of hazelnuts, the fragrance of the dough and the enveloping flavor of chocolate.

 

Ingredients nougat 70%: hazelnuts 45%, honey, sugar, glucose syrup, wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil), edible gelatine, flavorings. Ingredients chocolate 30%: sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. Natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa 52% minimum. May contain almonds, pistachios and milk.
Gluten free.
