We produce them in compliance with the processing method that has been handed down for 5 generations and the recipe that includes the best hazelnuts toasted by us and a few selected ingredients of superior quality. Our very crumbly “Galletti Ricoperti” single portions facilitate practical consumption.

Ingredients nougat 70%: hazelnuts 45%, honey, sugar, glucose syrup, wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil), edible gelatine, flavourings. Ingredients chocolate 30%: sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. Natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa 52% minimum. May contain almonds, pistachios and milk.
