The classic crumbly nougat from Piedmont. The traditional transparent wrapping shows the best hazelnuts toasted by us. We produce our nougat respecting the recipe of the founder Giuseppe Sebaste and his processing method which involves a long cooking in a bain-marie.

Hazelnuts 45%, honey 20%, sugar, glucose syrup, wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil), edible gelatine, flavourings. May contain traces of other nuts
